Located in one of the most popular business districts of Greater Tunis, the private school LAW & BUSINESS SCHOOL ( Ecole Internationale Supérieure Privée de Droit et des Affaires ) is a private university institution approved by the Tunisian Ministry of Higher Education and of Scientific Research, dated October 16, 2015 (Approval N ° 01/2015).

Law & Business School "LBS" was founded by a public limited company incorporated under Tunisian law, the "International for Enterprise Sciences (Ise)", whose main shareholders are banks, insurance companies, industrialists, businessmen, accountants and architects.
