The Master of Arts in Arts and Culture Management program aims to develop managerial key competencies for managing and leading creative organizations, cultural events, and art products, communicating impactful cultural brands, and standing out as innovative, creative, and responsible leaders in the global arts and culture industry.

The Master in Arts and Culture Management is designed to develop managers & professionals who will embark on a managerial role in the Arts and Culture international sector. The Master in Arts and Culture Management aims to introduce and develop an understanding of concepts, principles, tools, and techniques of cultural management, and to highlight how to deal with current issues in the field of culture and arts.
The master’s program offers great exposure to companies and professionals in the field. Students will take an experiential route such as company visits, and lectures with art world professionals such as UNESCO, Rome Opera House, the National Gallery of Modern Art, the MAXXI Museum, and others.

Curriculum
The program employs a highly qualified faculty of arts and cultural professionals, academic experts, and advisors who will share their vast experience and provide quality education. The Global Trends lab consists of 2 virtual sessions:
Session 1: How to Find Sources to identify global trends. Deep dive into the global world trends shaping the world of today – guest speakers from UN, UNIDO, and ILO. Examples of Global Trends:

At the end of your educational experience, you will have the chance to prove your abilities by tackling a real business challenge. Use your talent to identify opportunities and create a truly innovative strategy.
Tackle a real company challenge. You can choose to be part of a small team and design a Marketing plan for a new business develop a strategy to increase online sales or create a loyalty offering for different generations.
You will be given two case studies from two real companies that will allow you to test the knowledge learned during the master’s course.
