Based on the personal profile, experience, and proven motivation, the candidate will be able to obtain the assignment of a scholarship to partially cover the participation fee. Participants will first equip themselves with general basic management knowledge, then specialize in Marketing & Sales, mastering in particular digital marketing to add value to their corporate communication strategy and will distinguish themselves as innovative and responsible leaders, with a growth mindset, fully ready to make an impact in the world and reach a career milestone.

During the first module of the Master in Marketing & Sales, students will learn to:
- Develop and implement the marketing and sales strategies necessary to achieve planned objectives.
- Conduct strategic marketing, brand, and sales management, as well as design thinking and product development activities.
Identify opportunities, threats, and possibilities for change within the business environment, orienting strategy based on potential sales and marketing scenarios. - Use different marketing mix policies to create, communicate, and deliver values effectively through strategic thinking.
Data-driven decision-making in marketing and sales
Students will learn to: during the second module of the Master in Marketing & Sales:
- Use consumer insights data to choose which marketing methods to keep, abandon, or add to your company's sales and promotional marketing strategy.

Rome Business School's Practice Lab is where theoretical concepts are put into practice and participants learn through experience.
The Practice Lab is run by managers from leading national or international companies in the sector/industry, who examine different specialist knowledge, work on exercises, and network, sharing their experience and expertise with students.
The laboratory is entirely managed by the School's partner companies and the activities included are specific to each program and objective of the Master.

Tackling a real business challenge. You can choose to be part of a small team and design an innovative HR business plan or a functional operational plan based on theoretical research.
Work on one of two real-world business challenges of a specific company. Choose between a Business Plan or a Marketing and Sales Plan.
