The International Master’s in Project Management offers higher-level training for professionals who wish to consolidate and enrich their skills in international project management. This programme is designed to meet the needs of aspiring project managers who operate in a global context and wish to gain an in-depth understanding of the challenges and opportunities associated with international project management.
Through a comprehensive and interdisciplinary curriculum, the International Master in Project Management offers a balanced combination of theory and practice. Our Master's program offers lessons on the PM domains, tasks and enabling factors required to know for the following examinations:
- Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM-I) - Certification demonstrating an advanced level of knowledge of the Scrum framework
- CAPM® - Entry-level certification for project practitioners

Students who are eligible to apply for PMP® certification can take the Elective PMP® Exam Prep course, which will provide them with the 35 contact hours needed to take the exam and obtain PMP® certification.
Practice Lab in Partnership with NTT DATA
Take the role of a real project manager and put into action the basics of a project led by an NTT DATA manager. Starting with a business case, apply some of the tools and techniques presented in class (brainstorming, Delphi method, affinity diagrams, etc.) to gather requirements, prepare a project scope statement, and build a detailed WBS.

Capstone Project
You will have the opportunity to exhibit your abilities at the end of the course by tackling a real-world business challenge. Utilize your skills to find chances and create a truly inventive plan.
Face a real-life business challenge. You have the option of working in a small group, developing an internet sales plan, or developing a loyalty programme for different generations.
Two case studies from two real firms will be assigned to you to put your master’s course knowledge to the test.

The Practical Challenge
Milk Flower business will bring in the art of Italian gelato making to offer ice cream using organic ingredients and seasonal fruits native to Senegal. The business will pursue a new strategy and go forward to sell gelato in carts around Dakar City instead of selling it in an old-fashioned physical shop. Locally created gelato is predicted to provide positive cash flow and profit in the first year, with a positive return. This project management plan details the process of the planning and initiation phase for the launch of the Milk Flower Business.
