University scholarships
Padua International Excellence Scholarship Programme
The University of Padua is looking for highly talented students wishing to pursue a Master’s degree in English. The scholarship program is highly selective. They are looking for students who show high achievements and academic records.
- Duration: Maximum of two years
- Scholarship award: Tuition covered + €8,000 scholarship annually
- Eligibility: Highly talented prospective international students from all over the world who do not possess Italian citizenship. B2 language certificate in English.
University of Milan Italy Excellence Scholarships
The University of Milan is looking for students with high academic performance. They also consider your overall experience in your studies, work and research.
- Duration: Maximum two years
- Scholarship award: € 6,000 each + tuition fees covered
- Eligibility: Outstanding students who have been accepted to a master's degree at the University of Milan.
University of Pisa Scholarship
The University of Pisa gives out 24 merit-based scholarships to students who are admitted to one of their Master's programs taught in English each year. They are looking for students with a strong academic background and who do well in their interview process. They will also give priority to students from countries with less advantaged backgrounds.
- Scholarship award: First year €6,500 + tuition fees covered, second year €8,000 and 50% of the tuition fees covered
- Duration: Maximum two years
- Eligibility: Good academic record, result of interview, priority given to less academically advanced countries
Bocconi Graduate Merit Awards
SDA Bocconi offers merit-based awards to outstanding students to make higher education more available. They consider students from all nationalities and the scholarship is based on academic results.

- Scholarship award: Full tuition fee covered
- Duration: Two years
- Eligibility: Top applicants of the program, academic achievements, meet MBA requirements

'Invest in your talent in Italy' scholarship
Invest in your talent Italy was created in order to encourage more students to study in Italy. The scholarship is open for students from their specific country list who want to pursue a master’s degree in Italy at one of their partner universities. The scholarship is only open to students who have not previously studied in Italy.
- Duration: 9 months
- Award: Full tuition covered
- Requirements: English B2 language certificate.
- Eligibility: You have to be a citizen of one of the countries on their list. They are looking for motivated students who want to pursue their master's degree at one of their partner universities.
The Italian government scholarships
The Italian government scholarship offers foreign citizens and local students who study abroad grants to pursue their master’s degrees. The scholarship was created to promote the Italian language and culture all over the globe.
- Duration: 6-9 months
- Award: €900/ month + tuition fees
- Eligibility: B2 certification in English or Italian and a high academic record, as well as admission to an Italian university
Major-specific scholarships
International Scholarship for the Master in Management of Sustainable Development Goals
The Scholarship is available for students who are interested in pursuing this program at the LUMSA university. MSDG is a specialised Master’s program that is taught entirely in English.

- Duration: Two years
- Eligibility: Students must be admitted to the program, have high academic records, and have previous experience in the field of development both academic and practical.
Politecnico International Scholarships
Politecnico di Torino is looking for high-performing international students who want to pursue a master’s degree in engineering or architecture. They aim to recruit the best students who have a relevant academic background.
- Field: Engineering and architecture
- University: Politecnico di Torino
- Scholarship award: €8,000 per year
- Duration: Maximum two years
- Eligibility: Relevant bachelor's degree, must have been admitted to a degree at the university, hold a valid GRE test, must not have an Italian citizenship
Domus Academy Scholarships for Design and Innovation
Domus Academy offers scholarships for students wanting to pursue a master’s degree in Design, Fashion, Business and Experience areas. Each year they organise scholarship competitions where you submit your portfolio or project.

- Scholarship award: Up to €9,000
- Eligibility: Each degree offers its own competition with a set of rules to compete for the scholarship.
University of Padua Scholarships
The University of Padula offers various additional scholarships for international students in their different departments. The scholarship for development and educational psychology is offered to two students per year and the scholarship for mathematical engineering is offered to five students per year.

- The degree program must be studied either within Europe or online from a European institute.
- Fill out the application forms and submit an essay on the assigned topic.

Go Global MBA Scholarship
- Duration: One-off scholarship covering one year of studies
- Scholarship Award: €7,000
- Scholarship Requirements:
- Must be enrolled in an MBA program as an international student.
- You should have no more than 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Fill out the application forms and submit an essay on the assigned topic.
