  The Real Estate Valuation and Audit Expert determines the value of property and real estate rights after analyzing the documents provided by the client. The document it constitutes explores the legal, economic, technical and fiscal factors of the value, in accordance with the appraisal contract and shows that all these factors are taken into account in determining the value.
  The Professional Master's Degree "Expert in Real Estate Valuation and Audit" offers a diverse range of practical lessons, punctuated by several "field" cases, where students must carry out, in real conditions, the expertise of office buildings and of shops as well as the critical analysis of rental statements of investment properties. Understanding new environmental standards, technical diagnostics and safety standards are part of the course as well as the necessary consideration of business English.
• Property Manager Manager in Real Estate Management (MAGI)
