Admissions

Steps for Completing the Admission process:

  1. Create an account in the online admission system
  2. Fill in all required data, upload your photos and scans of documents if required
  3. Choose the program you are interested in and click the button "Register"
  4. Pay the admission fee for application in your account section "Payments"
  5. Results will appear within the specified deadline, check them in the section "Enrollment applications"
  6. Print the application form and bring it with the rest of the documents to the appropriate office within the deadline

Required documents

During online admission process, applicants must attach the following documents in the Online Application System (IRK) system in the section Personal forms → Education:

  • Document confirming education on the appropriate level (certificate/diploma);
  • Grades certificate or other official document which includes the list of passed subjects with grades (if not stated in document which confirms education)
    • From high school - in case of an application for first-cycle studies or long-cycle studies;
    • From university - in case of an application for second-cycle studies.
  • Grade scale (minimum and maximum grade);
  • Apostille or legalisation of a document confirming education - if the applicant doesn't have this document during the online admission phase, the applicant must attach an undertaking letter for submitting the document later, the template is available below. Please note that apostille/legalisation must be submitted by September 15. Failure to submit this document within the deadline will cause the removal from the list of students!
  • Official translation of documents
    • To Polish in case of studies provided in Polish;
    • To English in case of studies provided in English.
  • Certificate confirming that the document confirming education enables one to study at the appropriate level in the country where the document confirming education was issued (in case the document confirming education includes no such information)
  • Language proficiency certificate or other document confirming language proficiency at the appropriate level
    • For studies provided in English: English B1 in case of first-cycle studies, English B2 in case of second-cycle studies;
    • For studies provided in Polish: Polish B1 in case of first-cycle studies, Polish B2 in case of second-cycle studies.
